Onnflo Basket — Ghana's Trusted Grocery Platform

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the Onnflo Basket platform, including our mobile applications, website, customer dashboards, vendor portals, shopper portals, driver portals, referral systems, messaging systems, customer support channels, and promotional and reward systems. This Policy is designed to protect customers, vendors, shoppers, drivers, employees, partners, and the integrity of the Onnflo Basket platform. By using Onnflo Basket, you agree to comply with this Policy.

PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

Onnflo Basket is committed to providing a platform that is safe, trustworthy, respectful, transparent, secure, and legally compliant. This Policy explains what users are permitted and prohibited from doing while using our services.

WHO THIS POLICY APPLIES TO

This Policy applies to all platform users including:

  • customers and guest shoppers
  • vendors
  • shoppers
  • drivers
  • sales workers
  • referral participants
  • support agents
  • administrators
  • contractors and partners

ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE PLATFORM

You may use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes. Permitted uses include:

  • placing grocery orders
  • managing deliveries
  • communicating about orders
  • participating in referral programs
  • redeeming valid promotions
  • using AI shopping features responsibly
  • engaging customer support
  • managing approved business operations on the platform

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not engage in any activity that harms the platform, other users, or Onnflo Basket operations.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • creating fake accounts or duplicate account creation
  • identity impersonation
  • false delivery claims, fake refund claims, or fake missing item reports
  • payment fraud or use of stolen payment methods
  • referral manipulation, promo abuse, or reward exploitation
  • falsifying orders or transactions

Onnflo Basket reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity.

REFERRAL & PROMO ABUSE

Users must not refer themselves, create fake referrals, use automated referral generation, manipulate referral tracking, abuse promo codes, exploit pricing or system loopholes, or use unauthorized reward transfers. Violations may result in reward cancellation, account suspension, permanent bans, and legal action.

UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY

Users may not use the platform to advertise unrelated businesses, sell unauthorized products, solicit users outside approved platform activity, redirect customers away from Onnflo Basket, or bypass platform payment systems.

COMMUNICATION & CONDUCT RULES

Users must communicate respectfully. The following are prohibited across chats, calls, WhatsApp communications, support channels, reviews, and comments:

  • abusive language, harassment, or threats
  • discrimination, hate speech, or intimidation
  • offensive content or sexual harassment
  • spamming

OFF-PLATFORM TRANSACTIONS

To protect all parties, users must not attempt to move platform transactions outside Onnflo Basket systems in ways that avoid platform policies, payment tracking, accountability, or bypass platform protection mechanisms. Examples include direct cash arrangements outside approved methods, private side deals, and bypassing platform communication systems for unauthorized transactions.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

Users must not share account credentials, access unauthorized accounts, attempt to hack or interfere with the platform, use automated bots without authorization, scrape platform data, or test vulnerabilities without permission.

DATA & PRIVACY VIOLATIONS

Users must not collect customer data unlawfully, misuse phone numbers or addresses, share private customer information, misuse order data, or distribute confidential information. All personal data must be handled responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

AI FEATURE MISUSE

Users must not misuse AI features including uploading illegal content, submitting harmful or abusive material, attempting to manipulate AI systems maliciously, or generating misleading or fraudulent shopping requests.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Approved vendors must provide accurate product information, prepare quality products, follow hygiene standards, fulfill assigned orders honestly, and avoid counterfeit or unsafe goods. Vendors must not manipulate pricing dishonestly, substitute products deceptively, or delay fulfillment intentionally.

SHOPPER RESPONSIBILITIES

Shoppers must shop honestly, follow customer instructions, communicate professionally, maintain quality standards, and verify products carefully. Shoppers must not steal items, falsify purchases, manipulate receipts, pressure customers improperly, or conduct unauthorized private deals.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

Drivers must deliver safely, maintain professionalism, handle goods responsibly, and follow delivery procedures. Drivers must not tamper with orders, behave aggressively, misuse customer information, or divert deliveries improperly.

REVIEW & FEEDBACK POLICY

Reviews and ratings must be truthful, fair, and respectful. Users must not post fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or harass others through reviews. Onnflo Basket may remove inappropriate content.

PLATFORM INTEGRITY

Users must not attempt to disrupt platform operations, overload systems, interfere with APIs, spread malware, or damage platform reputation maliciously.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Users may not copy platform content, misuse logos or branding, reproduce proprietary materials, or distribute unauthorized platform assets without permission.

INVESTIGATIONS & ENFORCEMENT

Onnflo Basket may investigate suspicious activity, review account behavior, suspend or terminate accounts, reverse rewards, cancel transactions, remove content, and report unlawful conduct to authorities.

CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

Violations may result in:

  • warnings or temporary suspension
  • permanent account termination
  • reward forfeiture or payment withholding
  • legal action
  • reporting to law enforcement where necessary

Users may report fraud, abuse, harassment, suspicious activity, and security concerns through:

POLICY UPDATES

Onnflo Basket may update this Policy periodically. Updated versions become effective once published on the platform. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated policies.
