Onnflo Basket â Ghana's Trusted Grocery Platform
Welcome to Onnflo Basket. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Onnflo Basket platform, including our mobile applications, website, customer dashboards, WhatsApp ordering channels, customer support services, delivery services, and referral and promotional systems. By accessing or using Onnflo Basket, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
Onnflo Basket is a grocery sourcing, shopping, fulfillment, and delivery platform that connects customers with approved vendors, shoppers, and delivery personnel for the purchase and delivery of groceries and related household products. Our services include grocery sourcing, shopping assistance, order fulfillment, doorstep delivery, AI-assisted shopping tools, referral and promotional programs, and customer support services.

By using the platform, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and complete.
Users may create an account, shop as a guest, or later convert guest access into a registered account. When creating an account, you agree to provide truthful information, maintain confidentiality of your password, keep your account secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activities conducted through your account.
Customers may use certain services without creating a full account. Guest users may build shopping lists, place orders, and complete checkout. However, some features may require account creation, including order history, saved lists, referral rewards, reward wallet, live tracking enhancements, and loyalty features.
Onnflo Basket provides shopping facilitation, grocery sourcing, fulfillment coordination, delivery coordination, customer support, and digital ordering tools. We may work with vendors, shoppers, delivery personnel, logistics partners, and payment processors.
Products displayed on the platform may vary based on market conditions, vendor availability, seasonality, pricing fluctuations, and geographic availability. We do not guarantee that all listed items will always be available.
Onnflo Basket aims to maintain transparent pricing, fair fees, and market-based pricing. Prices may change due to market fluctuations, vendor changes, or seasonal supply conditions. Final order pricing may differ slightly where substitutions occur, quantities change, or actual market rates differ. Customers will be notified of major adjustments where possible.
Customers may be charged shopper/processing fees, delivery fees, express delivery fees, and platform service fees. All applicable fees will be displayed before order confirmation. We do not support hidden charges.
When an order is placed:
Orders are subject to availability, operational capacity, and delivery conditions.
Where items become unavailable, customers may be contacted for approval and alternative products may be suggested. Customers may approve substitutions, reject substitutions, or request no substitutions. If customers cannot be reached, substitutions may be handled based on customer preferences where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, market conditions, operational issues, and security concerns. Onnflo Basket will make reasonable efforts to meet selected delivery windows but does not guarantee exact delivery times.
Customers are responsible for accurate addresses, reachable phone numbers, receiving orders promptly, and reviewing deliveries upon arrival. Failure to provide accurate delivery information may result in delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees.
Accepted payment methods may include Paystack-supported payments, debit/credit cards, mobile money, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and deposit payments. Customers authorize Onnflo Basket and its payment processors to process approved payments.
Where deposit payment is allowed, remaining balances must be paid upon delivery. Failure to complete payment may affect future service access.
Onnflo Basket may operate referral campaigns, promotional campaigns, reward programs, and loyalty incentives. These programs are governed by specific campaign rules. Referral rewards may require successful referral signup, qualifying order completion, and minimum spend thresholds. Promo codes may expire, may have usage limits, may not be combined unless stated, and may be revoked for abuse or fraud.
Credits issued through referrals, promotions, refunds, and loyalty campaigns may be stored in a customer reward wallet. Wallet credits are non-transferable, are not cash equivalent, may expire, and may have usage conditions.
The platform may include AI-powered tools such as AI shopping assistant, scan-to-shop, and smart suggestions. These features are provided for convenience only. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated shopping lists before checkout.
By using the platform, you consent to receiving order updates, support messages, transactional notifications, and promotional communications (where permitted) via app notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls. Customers may manage communication preferences where available.
Returns, refunds, replacements, and disputes are governed by the Onnflo Basket Return, Refund & Replacement Policy. Customers should review that policy separately.
Users must not engage in fraud, abuse promotions, manipulate referral systems, create duplicate accounts, use stolen payment methods, interfere with platform operations, harass staff or delivery personnel, or upload harmful content. Violation may result in suspension, termination, legal action, or reward reversal.
Onnflo Basket reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, cancel fraudulent orders, reverse improperly obtained credits, and suspend accounts. We may require identity verification where necessary.
All platform content including logos, branding, graphics, software, text, and designs remain the property of Onnflo Basket or its licensors. Users may not reproduce or misuse platform content without authorization.
The platform may integrate third-party providers including payment processors, logistics services, maps, and messaging tools. Onnflo Basket is not responsible for third-party service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Onnflo Basket shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, loss of profits, emotional distress, or service interruptions. Our liability shall generally not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Onnflo Basket shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including weather, strikes, civil unrest, road closures, internet failures, government actions, and market disruptions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, harmful conduct, or repeated policy violations. Users may also request account closure.
Customer data is handled in accordance with the Onnflo Basket Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users consent to data processing necessary for service delivery.
Onnflo Basket may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will become effective once published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from platform use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Ghana unless otherwise resolved through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
